The new R&D project «Research on the industrial valorisation of native biomass and cotton waste from the textile sector through a hydrothermal carbonisation process for the furniture and construction sectors» carried out by a consortium in which Ingelia participates, has been awarded a subsidy by the AVI (Valencian Innovation Agency), which in turn has FEDER funds, and is therefore an «Action eligible for co-financed by the European Union» through the Operational Programme of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the Valencian Community 2021-2027.

The project began in November 2022 and aims to develop new boards from abundant waste in the Valencian Community.
