The Minister of Sustainable Economy, Rafael Climent, visits the Ingelia facilities in Nàquera

On April 15, the Minister for Sustainable Economy, Productive, Trade and Employment Sectors visited Ingelia's HTC plant in Nàquera. The Minister was able to learn about the production cycles of biochar from waste and the industrial technological development carried out by Ingelia. The next steps in the digitalisation of the company and its commercial deployment.

The Department of Sustainable Economy, Productive Sectors, Trade and Employment is the department of the Consell responsible for exercising powers in the areas of sustainable economy; productive sectors, industry, energy; foreign trade; trade, domestic trade, sectoral fairs and promotional activities, crafts and consumption; as well as in the areas of promotion of the social economy; promotion of employment, occupational and continuous professional training and intermediation in the labour market.

During the visit, the values that HTC technology brings in terms of circular economy, environmental protection, job creation and the promotion of industry in new clean technologies were highlighted.
