Valencia, April 2 - The Valencian company Ingelia SL has been recognized by the E-World fair in Germany as one of the most innovative companies that are revolutionizing the transition of the European energy sector and that have exhibited their business project at this meeting point of the sector to discuss the future of the energy supply in Europe.
E-World is a benchmark and leader in energy and water resource management in Spain. This year it took place in the German city of Essen and was attended by visitors and exhibitors from all over the world interested in new technologies for core production, efficiency, trade, transport and storage of energy resources, as well as in green technologies.
Ingelia attended the event after being selected by Innoenergy Germany to participate in its section dedicated to the most outstanding innovations in Europe. Innoenergy is a company that promotes innovation in the European energy industry by presenting its innovative business ideas to a specialized audience.
Variety of projects
The range of projects presented at E-World was very broad: from new digital platforms for energy trading or optimising power grids to digital control or monitoring of domestic heating using new software.
Ingelia's project and business plan to develop Hydrothermal Carbonisation Technology and adapt it to industrial scale was highly appreciated by the organisation. Its hydrothermal carbonisation (HTC) process of biomass that allows obtaining a solid biofuel with high PCI (calorific value) and low humidity, high combustion efficiency and no CO2 emission quotas, from different types of organic matter has been exported to other countries, inside and outside the EU. Ingelia's dynamic business units are currently operating in Italy, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Poland and Portugal.
